IraYoga Wellness: Mobile and Web Platform Rebuild

Overview

I worked on a full platform rebuild for IraYoga Wellness across mobile and backend systems. The goal was to modernize delivery speed while preserving existing business operations.

My Role

I handled both implementation and migration-heavy tasks across Flutter and Laravel, including deployment operations support.

Product Challenge

The challenge was moving from fragmented legacy systems to a maintainable architecture without disrupting active users and internal workflows.

What I Built

• Flutter migration path for existing native app functionality
• New Laravel foundations with admin and client dashboards
• User management and structured content workflows
• Deployment support using Forge and Envoy

Outcome

The rebuilt stack gave the product a stable base for future feature delivery and reduced day-to-day operational friction.
